I took inspiration from Sid Vicious's cover for Frank Sinatras's "My Way". I was first introduced to the song by my friend Lucy when I was a teenager growing up in the suburbs. Me and Lucy would go to punk shows in the city during the weekends but at home we would do arts and crafts, cook and bake. It's a funny mix of ideas when you think about it, since the two cultures represents both the ideas of destroying and creating. The video below is the video art I created for the collection.
